1. Sign up for the Renewd® Trade-In program and receive instructions on how to trade in your old device.

2. Pack your old device securely according to the instructions so it can safely be sent. Send the device by mail to the provided address.

3. Our team will inspect the condition and value of your device. Based on that, you will receive an amount for your traded-in device.

4. The money will be deposited into your account, and you will receive a payment receipt.

Yes, we accept phones manufactured in various countries, but please keep in mind that their pricing may vary.

There are three different grades that determine the condition of your phone or device: Flawless, Average, and Broken but working. These grades are based on the appearance and functionality of your device. It is important to accurately understand the condition and features of your phone or device to ensure a smooth and efficient process, as the condition of the device will affect the offered price.

– Mobile phones

Drop the device to our assessment facility and receive a price quote based on the device condition from our highest bidder. We accept devices that at least switch on. But we don’t accept devices that are counterfeit or jailbroken.

If you attempt to trade-in a product which doesn’t meet the requirements we have specified, a new value will be given by our trade-in partner. If the value doesn’t meet your expectation, your old device will be returned.
